install.sh / SGI-installation

Looking at my STk-2.1.5 makefiles, configured under IRIX 5.3, I see
that they all use `$(CP)' which is bound to /bin/cp in the toplevel
makefile, so it is not a problem for me. And as far I can judge, STk
runs fine on SGI's.

However, you probably would want to get hold of a copy of the GNU
install.sh script, and it can be found in almost any other GNU
package, so either you aleady have it or you could just grab any
package on your favourite GNU site and extract it from that.

You probably has to make sure that install.sh is accessible somewhere
on your path and you may even have to rename it to `install' and put
in in front of /sbin/install as I do not remember if the configure
script detects the incompabilities of /sbin/install (or you can change
all the Makefile.in's by hand to always use install.sh if there is not
a global make variable for it).
