SLIB?

I just FTP'd SLIB (2a1), and I can't find an STK compatibility file.
Moreover, I cannot even load the standard tests. I remember that
somebody said that SLIB worked, so I suppose I'm doing something wrong
-- has anybody successfully loaded and tested it, who could send me a
script of how to do it?
