include of math.h in stk.h

Erick,
        I almost forgot! Before 4.0 comes out, please change the position
of the #include <math.h> in stk.h to come *before* the extern "C"
environment. The math.h file uses templates, so C++ compilation of any
file that includes the stock stk.h fails. I've been changing it myself
for the past couple of years with no ill effects.
