compiling on Win32

Two other tiny problems I just found

1) tclPreserve.obj is missing from the vc makefile.
(Possibly I deleted it by accident.) Thus, the linker
can't find Tcl_Releas/Preserve and some others.

2) The "installer" refers to Lib\*.stklos, which doesn't
exist. Harmless.

Otherwise, it works. Cool.
(Still trying to get it run a sample file though..)
