installation option to include stklos in libstk.a?

For my application, it is necessary to compile stklos statically with stk.
The only easy way I could see to do this was to turn off *all* dynamic
loading. I had to hack up the Makefiles to get around this. I think
it would be useful to give the installer the option of statically
compiling the stklos logic into libstk.a without disabling dynamic
loading.
