STk_gc_unprotect()

STk provides us with STk_gc_protect() to protect SCM cells from the
garbage collector, but there is no STk_gc_unprotect(). I needed this
in my application, so I hacked up STk myself. I hope that future
releases can incorporate this feature. It would certainly be useful
to me and probably to many people.
