Oracle access from STK?

Has anyone written either an RDBMS API for
Scheme or, in particular, an Oracle 7.x interface
for STk?

What I'm looking for is either a functional/Lisp
API to show me the path I should take if I write
the interface to Oracle OR code that I can just
use.

I know Aubrey Jaffer (sp?) was looking into this
sort of thing a year ago but I don't know if her (his?)
effort had any result.
