[SOLUTION] snow can not compute under linux

i found out that on my machine the "atof" construct was transformed
different in the stk compile pass and the snow compile pass. By forcing
the inclusion of stdlib.h in stk.h the problem was solved.

Now in both "number.o" there are references to "__strtod_internal". The
whole has to do with internationalization of print formats for floats
(germans use komma, not the "decimal point" as an example).
