STk-2.1.6 configure error for dld and ICE

The test for dld in Src/configure is identical to the test for dl. It
should probably test for the presence of dld_init() instead of
dlopen().

This is under Linux without elf.

Also, I have XFree86 3.1 which has libICE.a and libSM.a, but those
aren't detected. There is no symbol for IceConnectionNumbers in
libICE.a; however, IceConnectionNumber() does exist.
