I haven't been able to make STk work under emacs in Windows NT, even
after compiling my own version and trying pretty hard. I messed with
the input/output routines until I was able to make a REPL come up in a
DOS or BASH console, but I still couldn't make it work under Emacs. The
Emacs maintainers noted (in the NT Emacs FAQ, i think) that Emacs can
only run programs with relatively simple I/O. I don't really understand
what this means.

But if you manage to get it working under Emacs, I'd love to hear about it!
