STk 4.0.1 release

This is a "bugfix" release. It mainly contains

        * Integration of SRFI-9 (records)
        * Documentation enhancement
        * Handling of mailto: in the ww-browser
        * Bug fixes

I'm not able now to make a patch file but will try to make one asap.
BTW, I will also upload all the files on sunsite/metalab so that you can
download them our your local mirror.
