4.0.0-1 bug - Bad README.html

Again, with 4.0.0-1 from RPM, I tried to get at the demos via the
browser. I ran STk, did (help) to get a browser up & pointed it at:

   file:/usr/local/lib/stk/4.0.0/Demos/README.html

The page comes up fine, but none of the demos can be run because they
all expect the code to be in ../Src.
