STk <--> MySQL interface

I've written some perl and C to allow STk programs to talk to MySQL
databases. MySQL is available at http://www.tcx.se.

We've only been using this code for a week or so, so this should be
considered under development, but the parts of it that we've exercised
work just fine.

The code provides access to all but one of the MySQL C API. You can
grab it from:

   ftp://cliffs.ucsd.edu/pub/terry/stk-mysql.tar.gz
