SYMBOL-HASH, again

I mentioned the SYMBOL-HASH issue to Will Clinger and he suggested a
hack: put the hash code (whether a hash of the print name or a random
number) on the property list of the symbol (I forget if STk has property
lists...). This works even if changing the symbol representation is not
an option or if the program needs to run on an older version of STk.
