Yes (and no).

We have a version of bigloo + Tk which is nearly ready (we are writing
the documentation for now and it has only be tested on Linux). It will
be released as soon as Manuel and I are less busy.

However this is not only a merge: bigloo compiled nature as well as
its class system makes things a little bit different.
