examples of http access using stk ?

I'm looking for examples of automating retrieval of web-pages using
stk. I didn't find anything in the examples directory, but I'm not
exactly sure what I'm looking for...

In general, any scheme code to do this would be helpful, since I could
probably make it run under stk without too much work.
