sleep?

If I'm not wrong STk still lacks functions to achive simple tasks like
sleep() and alarm() of C.

In STk there is a function (tkwait) that can substitute the sleep
function, but Snow can't make use of it.

The implementation of the missing functions is so trivial that I would
be a little bit embarrassed to post the code. Should I?
