Bind sequence for "1"

Hello,

Does anyone know how to get stk to bind the character "1"? (actually
any number 1-5)

When I try:
(bind 'all "<Control-1>" (lambda () ...))

This binds Control-Mouse-1 instead of the character 1.

Any suggestions?
