How to use Tk:option-menu

Hi,

Does anyone have any examples of how to create an option-menu and put it
inside a frame that is NOT in the default top level window? I've only used
widgets with stklos interfaces and the Tk stuff is greek to me.

Also the behaviour of option-menu seems broken in 3.99.0. The example
from the documentation works in 3.1.1 but not in 3.99.0 (on Linux).
