3.1.1 and Win32

The Win32 version of STk3.1.1 crashes when Ctrl-C is typed, and the
(glob ...) function can't seem to find files that are there. Have these
problems been reported before and have any solutions been presented? I
checked the FAQ and went through some of the mailing list archives
without success.
