html anchor bug

I'm having some problem using the stk html browsers. Even the ones in the
stk help files don't work. Try going to "blue pages" --> "button" -->
":anchor". It says:

Cannot open the Html file "....stk/3.1.1/Help/../Help/options.n.html#M:anchor".

Is there a fix for this?
