Execute procedure... (short version)

Hello, everybody!

The same question as before, but in the shortest way (for
everybody who has not the time to read (and understand)
the previous question):

Is there an easy way to execute a procedure in a given
environment? Without making the procedure a special
one, just any procedure?

And best, nothing too system dependent?
