Re: STk 3.1 is out

Minor thing with the STk configuration for 3.1: The Tk directory has
changed in this release from $(STK)/Tk to $(STK)/Tk/unix and this is
not reflected in the top level configure script.

(I believe this lead to my --x-includes= and --x-libraries= configure
options being ignored)
