Not yet, this is planned but will not be done before a long time due to
limited resources;)
any volounteer?

I'm in the process of converting all the Tk documentation for STk. This is
nearly finished and will be in the next release (really soon now).

A port of STk on Win32 is on the way. The project is a little bit late, but
more on this soon.
