my fileevent stuff works under sunos and dumps core under linux
in

I will debug it and track it down if noone else does it (:-), but with the
latest tk-stuff!
The tk-4.0p1 and tk-4.0p2 patches applied clean, Erick. I will see if
they break the STk-interface ...
PS: They break the interface, but they should not .., maybe patching
interferes with conditional compile ...
