We should go to elf. There where mentioned speed problems which i have
not encountered.
But still i cant produce image files ... . With the elf-libc-5.0.x the
environment in toplevel.c seems to come from the stack. In consequence
the pointer STk_start_stack_ptr (or whatever) has different values for
different invocations of the interpreter .. Maybe this is why call/cc
and longjmp data from different runs of snow dont cooperate....
I will try it with the 2.1.7 stuff again ...
