Missing menu key binding functions

I have not got back this contribution from the mailing list so please forget

Dear all,

we have discovered there are some missing functions referenced in the menu.stk
file (binding association).

The functions are: tk-traverseWithMenu tk-nextMenu tk-nextMenuEntry
