Inexplicable "No applicable method" errors

In a large application I'm suddenly getting a "No applicable method" error
even though I KNOW I have defined a method which takes the types in
the call generating the errror.

This is code that did work... and I simply CANNOT figure out what is
causing the problem. I'm working on isolating the exact problem...
but I thought I'd see if anybody had any problems like this.

Any help would *really* *really* appreciated...
