snow has no regexp when using dynamic loading!

Hello,

when stk is compiled as "snow" on sunos4.1.3 and i want to use regexp's,
then ld.so complains about undefined symbols. As i understand there is a
lot of tcl-regexp stuff which is only referenced when the USE-TK (or
similar flag) is defined at compile time, so some parts of libtcl.a are
not loaded in snow and ld.so cant find them. Without dynamic loading
(i hope ELF for linux appears one day ..) all works fine.
