You are true, the extended_type_stamp is badly declared (and an error should
be raised). However gcc doesn't seems to complain about that.
Since this variable is only used by dynload.c, I have deleted its reference in
dynload.h and declared it static in dynload.c.

Multi-dimensionnal arrays were not planed. However, it should be easy to
define an extension for it. I can do it if there is interest for it.

Note: STk is now working with SLIB (support for SLIB will be in 2.1.2 which I
will release probably at the beginning of next week). In SLIB,
multi-dimensional arrays are defined. However, everything is written in Scheme
and it should be slow. However, I think that extending STk should be
compatible with the procedures defined in SLIB (Are there the kind of
functions you need?)
