As in my experience tcl-scripts run a bit sloow, so that one has to go
in "C" for almost everything, i tried tkperl and stk.
Two questions:
1. speed: Are there results of benchmarks (tcl against stk)?
(ok, i could do it myself ...;-)
2. memory: (stk seems to use a __lot__ of memory?)
Here are two lines from "ps -xl" on my linux-box (an empty wish and
an empty stk, PID and TTY columns removed):
